We're excited for the next two months that will bring some fantastic dirt silver crown racing! First off, the big cars will head to the Illinois State Fairgrounds for the 60th running of the Bettenhausen 100 on August 19th. It's a short trip from the Indianapolis area, and we can't wait to see all of the DRC Chassis teams on track.
From there, the silver crown series will hit the dirt of the Du Quoin State Fairgrounds for the 69th running of the Ted Horn 100 over Labor Day weekend. It's a grueling 100 miles, 100 laps around the massive facility. Don't miss it!
And then we wrap up September at Eldora Speedway where things happen fast! It's always a sight to see when the beautiful silver crown cars circle the 1/2 mile dirt oval under the lights. USAC will also crown the series champion that night. Who will it be?
